Dress!

Brett and I went shopping Friday for a wedding dress. I found it! I found it at the first place we went, but we decided to keep the appointments and try other places just to make sure.

Progress!

We have booked the dj and the photographer. We are both very excited about both, but especially the photographer. I have made appointments with florists to discuss flower arrangements...we'll see how it goes. We have also come up with ideas for save the dates, invitations, and I have been looking for places to try on wedding dresses.

Searching for Ideas

Since the first post, Jon, Linda, and I went to 2 different bridal shows. We ate some cake, good and bad, talked to photographers, djs, and travel advisers.

I will be calling some photographers and djs this week to try to get that nailed down. Hopefully this summer I will be able to look at wedding dresses, flowers, and eat some cake.

We have come up with some really cool ideas for the ceremony and reception, however, we could still use some ideas regarding the honeymoon.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Date and Venue

Hello!

We decided to create a blog to let everyone know how the wedding planning is going :)

Today we put down a deposit on our venues so the date is official.
